Product Description
The days of needing three different machines to do three separate tasks are long gone. The Brother DCP-7040 Multifunction unit gives you a printer, a copier and a scanner, in one compact design that won't take up valuable office space. It's compatible with both PCs and Macs. It offers a 250-sheet paper capacity and up to 35 sheets in the automatic document feeder, so it can complete a job while you work on something else. It can hold up to 100 sheets in the output tray. For connectivity, you have a high speed USB 2.0 interface. The DCP-7040 comes with 16MB RAM, and the LCD display shows you all the pertinent information. The printer features a 2400 x 600 dpi resolution and can print up to 23ppm of Letter size paper. It makes up to 23cpm and can reduce/enlarge documents from 25-400 percent. It can also sort multiple copies. The color scanner features an interpolated resolution of 9600dpi, a maximum optical resolution of 600 x 2400dpi and 48-bit color scans. Buying Tips
