This home-theater-in-a-box (HTiB) solution contains everything needed to reproduce movie quality sound in a home, apartment or any room. It offers realistic sound with two Newton Series® MC150 satellite speakers, one 8" long-throw down-firing subwoofer and two Newton Series® S100 switchable bipole/dipole surround speakers. The Speakers are compact and small enough to be mounted unobtrusively in any room corner or shelf, producing an output of 450 watts. In addition, the 8" long-throw powered subwoofer uses 150 watts of power to reproduce accurate, realistic bass down to 35 Hz! The integrated AVS600 DVD/AM/FM control center provides all the inputs and outputs you would require, including High Definition (HD) sources for a home theater system thus ensuring clear and sharp picture quality. It provides progressive scan circuitry which ensures optimal audio clarity with features like DVD-Audio playback, Dolby® Pro Logic® II decoding and more. Easy to configure and install, the MegaTheater® Solution 61 offers auxiliary inputs for other sources such a VCR or TIVO, video game console, digital cable or satellite dish. Buying Tips
