7/4/2007 1:28:24 AM I debated over a digital camera for weeks and was actually wanting another brand altogether, but finally the Canon kept standing out with the features I wanted. The 4x optical zoom is a great compromise between common 3x and newer 5x zooms and the 7.1 megapixels creates superior images, especially for average needs. I ultimately fell for the ease of use, holding, and the optical viewfinder (which has come in handy on more than one occasion). Also, the flash was in a good place, where you wouldn't accidentally put your finger in the way as you press the button or alter the zoom. The only thing I would change is making it a little slimmer, but in the long run, it's not like I need to tote it in a pocket very often. Also, when flash is in use it does take a little time between shots, but that is common in ALL digital cameras (point and shoot), in my experience. Overall I would absolutely recommend this camera to others if they are looking for a sharp, easy to use, quality camera, that makes you want to keep it with you all the time and snap, shoot, and share. Great camera! Great price!! |

Buying Tips
