Product Description
It incorporates two tuners on board: a 125 channel cable ready TV tuner and an ATSC digital TV tuner, which allows connecting both cable TV and ATSC digital TV to the WinTV-HVR-1800 at the same time. Equipped with digital ATSC HD TV features, it supports all ATSC formats, up to the high definition 1080i format and Dolby Digital AC3 audio. It allows recording ATSC digital TV to your PC's hard disk using high quality MPEG-2. If you are using digital cable which broadcast the local ATSC channels on their cable TV network, you can receive these QAM channels with the new WinTV v6 application. With built-in high quality hardware MPEG-2 encoder, it lets your PC to run at full speed while watching, pausing and recording analog cable TV. Buying Tips
- Confirm all merchandise and price information with the vendor, including the model (whether it is a US or non-US model), the condition of the product (whether it is new, refurbished or remanufactured), what accessories are included and what the warranty covers.
