12/11/2008 4:38:27 PM I just bought this machine three weeks ago and already it's broken it displayed one of those error signs FE -- call service. I probably used it 10 times and read the instructions very carefully. The LG technician came, said he fixed it, and well three hours later, the water is again stuck there and I can't open the door to get to my clothes. When I ordered the machine I was told there would be no problem getting service -- well guess what: They wanted me to wait another week before the next visit at AJ Madison, the store where I bought the machine. |
Buying Tips
- Confirm all merchandise and price information with the vendor, including the model (whether it is a US or non-US model), the condition of the product (whether it is new, refurbished or remanufactured), what accessories are included and what the warranty covers.

- If you have a problem with your order or with the merchandise, write a letter to the seller immediately giving all pertinent information. Make sure you keep a copy of this correspondence. Also notify your credit card company.
- If the merchandise is not shipped within 30 days, you generally have the right to a cancel your order and receive a complete refund.
