	1	Anonymous 9/3/2009 5:26:30 PM This machine is garbage the plastic panel do not hold on. Right now I can't do exercise because everytime I put a new screw in the panel it continues to fold off the bike. Again they should give my money back because I didn't use this machine not even for a month.
	1	UNsatisfied 3/14/2009 1:05:02 PM Worst piece of crap I have ever purchased. Cheap plastic side panels don't hold up very long. Replaced two ($80/ea) and the company now wants to charge $140 for a technician to come look at the unit. Screw that. I won't ever buy anything made from this company again.

Buying Tips

8. If you have a problem with your order or with the merchandise, write a letter to the seller immediately giving all pertinent information. Make sure you keep a copy of this correspondence. Also notify your credit card company.
9. If the merchandise is not shipped within 30 days, you generally have the right to a cancel your order and receive a complete refund.
