Up to 35 GB native storage capacity or 90 GB compressed (2.6: 1) in a compact, 3.5" half height form-factor - store more information in less space. Sustained data transfer rate of 4 MB/s native provides high performance for today's most demanding environments - backup up to 14.4 GB/hour native. Extremely durable Advanced Metal Evaporated (AME) media provides extraordinary reliability and a virtually contamination-free environment reducing the need for periodic cleaning. A 64Kbit memory chip built into the data cartridge offers sophisticated data access capability providing high-speed file location and file access. Super Head Cleaner provides an automated cleaning solution and increases head life and reduces the need for periodic cleaning. Adaptive Lossless Data Compression (ALDC) provides greater data compression efficiency and offers average compression of 2.6: 1. Buying Tips
