11/14/2006 7:58:31 AM I HAVE 4 SONYS TVs IN MY HOME. ONE IS 20 YEARS OLD AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. WE DECIDED TO PURCHASE THE 34 INCH SONY TV WEGA ETC. BECAUSE OF OUR GREAT SONY EXPERIENCE. WITHIN 10 DAYS THE TV WOULD NOT TURN ON. THANK GOD WE PURCHASED THE EXTENDED 5 YR WARRANTY. THEY SENT SOMEONE TO MY HOUSE,WORKED ON IT, BUT I GOT THE FEELING THEY WERENT SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM REALLY WAS. THEY LEFT AND 2 MONTHS LATER SAME THING, CAME OUT. FIXED IT, ETC. I HAVE NOW HAD THE TV 8 MONTHS AND WE ARE ON WORK ORDER #4 SAME EXACT PROBLEM. I AM HOPING FOR A NEW TV.. OH, MY 20 YR OLD ONE STILL WORKS GREAT.....IF YOU BUY THIS TV - IT HAS A GREAT PICTURE WHEN IT WORKS - BE SURE TO SUPER GUARANTEE IT - I HOPE YOUR LUCK IS BETTER THAN MINE WAS. JEANIE |

Buying Tips
- Confirm all merchandise and price information with the vendor, including the model (whether it is a US or non-US model), the condition of the product (whether it is new, refurbished or remanufactured), what accessories are included and what the warranty covers.
