1/26/2007 6:58:05 PM I received and put this set into service on November 30, 2006. The picture quality was great after setting all the "parameters". On December 29, 2006, the set went blank - no picture no sound. It took Sony's warranty service over 10 days to respond. The technician arrived on January 10, 2007 and could not fix it. He then consulted with Sony and came back on January 25 and still couldn't fix it. He has taken the TV back to his shop. I have NO IDEA when or if it can be fixed and delivered back to me. I have missed all the football bowl games and NFL playoffs and will no doubt miss the Super Bowl!! I am extremely dissastified with Sony's support. Buyer BEWARE!!! |
