Product Description
TDK CD-RW80 discs are rewritable media that allow users to overwrite data directly and repeatedly, and are playable on all CD-ROM drives equipped with MultiRead functionality. They feature a storage capacity of up to 700MB, or 80 minutes of high-quality digital audio recording time. TDK CD-RW80 discs utilize an exceptionally stable phase-change recording material to allow numerous rewrites and long archival life. Phase-change recording uses a laser to change the reflectivity of discrete areas on a disc surface. The recorded marks differ in their reflectivity from the unrecorded areas of the CD-RW disc. These differences in reflectivity are read by a laser pickup as digital data. TDK CD-RW discs are engineered to the most exacting tolerances, for optimum reliability and durability. Buying Tips
