10/27/2008 12:16:34 PM This is by far the worst TV I have ever owned. It just stopped working and the screen wemnt blank. The service has been a joke and no one can tell me what is wrong and how long it will take to repair it. The technician who looked at it said that probably is not worth fixing because of all the problems he has seen with this model! |

9/8/2008 5:12:05 PM My husband and I have been without the TV longer then with it. We had the TV for about 7-8 weeks and the picture just went out. Talking with Toshiba was a complete joke! They do not want to take any responsibility for the defects of this model. I have read other reviews with the same complaint as ours. Word to the wise don't waste your money because you'll ended up with wasted time trying to get assistance. |

9/2/2008 11:15:10 PM We were very happy with the picture on this unit for about 8 weeks. Then the tv stopped working entirely. It has been almost a month and Toshiba has not repaired the tv. They cannot even give us an anticipated repair date because "they don't really know when parts might come in." We are disgusted with this poor customer service. We have requested either a loaner or replacement unit; however Toshiba has refused. |
