3/23/2008 11:29:23 AM This is a review of the Viewsonic N2751W. I purchased the TV from PC Connection. The first one I recieved was defective. It ran very hot and was crackling and popping. PC Connection replaced it.The next TV ran fine, no more crackling and popping. Then my son hooked his Xbox to it. When idle the Xbox projects a gray screen where you see a distinct shading with a well defined diagonal line across the middle of my screen. I am 6 months out of the short 1 yr. warranty and Viewsonic will do absolutely nothing to help. A $700.00 Flat Panel TV 6 months out of warranty and the manufacturer does not stand behind their product. Customer service is nonexhistent. If you have a problem,which is a given,you are on your own. Do not Purchase this Product or any other product from Viewsonic. Pass on this one,spend your money with a company that stands behind its' product. This is NOT an isolated incident others have had the same problem. The next one is YOU. Buying Tips
- Confirm all merchandise and price information with the vendor, including the model (whether it is a US or non-US model), the condition of the product (whether it is new, refurbished or remanufactured), what accessories are included and what the warranty covers.

- If you have a problem with your order or with the merchandise, write a letter to the seller immediately giving all pertinent information. Make sure you keep a copy of this correspondence. Also notify your credit card company.
- If the merchandise is not shipped within 30 days, you generally have the right to a cancel your order and receive a complete refund.
- If you are unable to obtain satisfaction after notifying the seller of your problem, contact the consumer protection agency in the seller's state. And please let us know about it at PriceSCAN.com.
