1/22/2006 12:23:24 AM What a piece of junk! Have had mine for a year and experienced minor operation problems. Now the tray pre-heat element just went out and it has been impossible to find someone to service it. Avanti has been zero help. They don't even have a service manual for this appliance. They will sell me a part but won't let me speak to someone to tell me the part number I need! What a fiasco! Buy a reputable, well-known brand. Stay away from this product! |
Buying Tips
- Confirm all merchandise and price information with the vendor, including the model (whether it is a US or non-US model), the condition of the product (whether it is new, refurbished or remanufactured), what accessories are included and what the warranty covers.
- Ask for a total of all charges including shipping, handling, insurance and taxes.
