The Fagor 4 quart Splendid Pressure Cooker has the spring type mechanism with single pressure setting: High (15 pounds per square inch). Made of high quality 18/10 stainless steel. An automatic pressure release valve and visual pressure indicator make the Splendid extremely easy to operate.
